Return & Refund/Exchange Policy

At TOMORI, each piece is carefully designed and produced with intention and quality craftsmanship. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy.

Product colour may vary slightly from the display on our page due to lighting and camera exposure effects.

1. Eligibility for returns

Returns are only accepted in the case of a verified production defect or manufacturing fault. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizing selection
• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Minor variations in colour or texture due to screen display differences

2. Return conditions

To qualify for a return, all of the following must be met:

• The defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• The item must be unworn, unused and unwashed.
• The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, exactly as you received it.
• All original labels and cloth tags must be intact at the time of return.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.
• Items returned without original tags attached will not be eligible for return.

3. Inspection and approval

All returned items are inspected on receipt. If the production defect is confirmed, TOMORI will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include an exchange for the same item (subject to availability) or store credit, at our discretion.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.

4. Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the defect is confirmed as a production fault caused by TOMORI.
