These terms apply whenever you use this site or place an order with TOMORI, based in Lagos, Nigeria. Placing an order means you accept them.
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we confirm payment and send you an order confirmation. If a piece turns out to be unavailable, or a price is clearly wrong, we may decline the order and refund you in full.
Prices are in Nigerian Naira and include VAT where it applies. You can view prices converted into other currencies for convenience, but every order is charged in Naira — your bank sets the rate it uses and may add its own fee. Payment is handled by Paystack; we never see your card details.
Adire is dyed by hand, so pattern, depth of colour and placement vary from piece to piece. Product colour may also vary slightly from the display on our pages because of lighting and camera exposure. That variation is the nature of the cloth rather than a defect, and is not on its own grounds for a return.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. See the shipping page for timings and costs.
Returns are accepted only for a verified production defect reported within 48 hours of delivery. Our Return & Refund/Exchange Policy sets out the full conditions and forms part of these terms. By completing a purchase you agree to it.
Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
The TOMORI name, logo, photography and site content belong to us. You may not reuse them commercially without written permission.
We are responsible for losses that follow naturally from us breaking these terms. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is capped at what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction.
